Final goodbye to B P Srivastav: A real man of principles. Not many people know he refused an illegal drug to a man, who in anger shot him, and the bullet stayed in his body for as many years as I know. Ready to help at any hour of the day or night, he helped me personally at midnight when I was advised to go to the hospital and my husband was travelling. Never can forget it. He was a gold medalist and senior officer in the Railways. He lived simply and with dignity and passed away with his family around, which is what he wanted. Our blessings to him, and may he RIP.
