On 29th July morning 6:30 am IST, Anil Aeron received a call from a resident stating that he is alone and in dire need of medicine due to very high fever. Despite being in London at the time (2:00 am London Time), Aeron picked the call in the midnight, listen carefully and understood the concerns. He immediately alerted the security personnel to procure and deliver the necessary medicines.
