Def col has more than 30 small and big parks for the residents but due to peak hour crowd from the nearby colonies like Kotla, Lajpat Nagar, these parks are now in bad shape. We do have park committees who even contribute monthly for the maintenance of these parks but due to mishandling, sports etc, these parks are facing the brunt. The park committees are helpless due to no rules against the outsiders or users.
