Collegium of Senior Citizens Celebrates Monthly Get-Together

Sudhir Puri Gets Collegium’s Renewal of Registration Done

The Collegium of Sr. Citizens Welfare Association celebrated Diwali Milan with a lunch on Oct 30 in the Club-26 restaurant. This time many new members at-tended the program. President HC Malhotra welcomed every member with a rose flower. Gifts were given to those members whose birthdays and anniversaries fell in October.  

President informed everybody that the renewal of the registration of Collegium of Sr. Citizens Welfare Association has been done. This has now been dually approved by the registrar with effect from the 9th July 2023 for a period of 5 years. He added that this would not have been possible, but for the sincere efforts and the hard work put in by Vice President Sudhir Puri. He alone, without disturbing his colleagues, visited the office of The Dy. Register at least five times to get the renewal done. He was also very thankful to the members of the executive committee for contributing money to bear the expenses of the registration certificate.

The President informed the executive members in its meeting that our EC member RC Gupta, a resident of sector 19, was awarded by District Magistrate Manish Verma (IAS) for his dedicated selfless services towards the community in a meeting of the Federation of Noida Resident Welfare Association (FONRWA).  R C Gupta was also awarded by Shree Jee Gausadan Sector 94, Noida, on 9th Nov. 2024 for his services towards the upkeep of cows of Gaushala.
