With New Year’s and Christmas around the corner, the only thing on everyone’s mind is the Christmas Carnival and winter vacations. This year too, RP2 was abuzz with the planning for the Christmas carnival to be held on December 25, 2023.
Finally, the day came and brought loads of excitement among the children and adults alike.
Decorations were put up at all three tower entrances. Decorated Christmas trees and lights all around gave a festive look to Regency Park 2.
The carnival started at around noon, with numerous stalls showcasing various kinds of products like winter wear, gift items, jewelry, etc. Many residents put up food stalls with bakery items like Christmas plum cakes and cookies, cake pops, pizza, etc., which were very popular.
Lots of fun games were organized for children of all ages, which kept them engaged. Children also prepared and presented beautiful dances to Christmas songs. Music and dance added to the fun and holiday spirit.
One of our housekeeping staff dressed up as Santa Claus and distributed goodies to the children. Kids also received their Christmas presents from Santa himself, which had been secretly handed over by their own parents. Amongst all this excitement, one could see the smiling faces of the residents, most of whom came dressed in red, green, and white colors in line with the Christmas theme.
It was an evening full of fun and excitement to give a great start to the holiday season.
