Christmas was celebrated in MWH society on 25th December and a record number of residents enjoyed the festivities. There was a Christmas carnival organized in Central Park with swings for kids, games and music. The event was organized by lady volunteers of the society, and it included fancy dress competitions for kids, Christmas caroling, tambola for adults and a game of musical chairs for senior citizens.
The event was hosted by Swati Singh & Swati Chauhan, residents of MWH. Children enjoyed posing with the Christmas tree, playing games including throw the ring, performing and enjoying various rides. From kids to elderly people, everyone danced to popular Christmas tunes.
A bonfire was arranged for residents to bask in. Scrumptious dishes were served in commercial kiosks that added to the warmth and comfort. Stalls for shopping were also present. Overall the evening was enjoyed by all and attracted participation from all age groups.
