The Christmas Carnival in Panchshila Park on 17th December in the lawns was a great extravaganza. The Club lawn was transformed into a winter wonderland adorned with lights, decorations and aroma of seasonal delights. There was a wide range of stalls of games, activities for children, clothes and jewellery, home linen, gifting items, tote bags, durries and mats, delicious culinary items like cream cheese platters, brownies et all. The range covered all age groups from young and old. Live music filled the air with the spirit of the season. It was a sunny day and we could enjoy the afternoon with drinks while shopping in the Christmas market. As night fell, the twinkling lights shone up the entire area and the singer took it up a notch singing Christmas carols. Few members swayed and were seen dancing away. Culinary enthusiasts were selling Christmas delicacies to modern twists. A festive camaraderie was seen as the members with families and friends came together for this joyous occasion.
