Children’s Day was on 14th November, so our society’s cultural committee decided to organise a fun filled day for our LB kids on 13th November, Sunday.
All LB kids participated in huge numbers, showing their talent and enjoying a sunny winter day. The celebrations started at 10 am with a bang of music and different types of races including the popular spoon race. Kids who won the races got chocolates as a prize.
The little ones enjoyed different rides like bouncy jumping, trampoline, electric train etc and fun game stalls. One couldn’t miss the huge bouncy that was set up on the lawns of Boulevard.
The main attraction was a magic show and a puppet show which the kids went gaga over. They also relished the tasty food which included pizzas, Burgers etc.
Last but not the least, a fashion show was organised where the theme of the show was ‘Best Out Of Waste’ and LB moms showcased their talent by putting in all their efforts to dress their kids in dresses made of newspaper, cardboard etc. The creativity was just awesome!
In the end, full fledged music was played by a DJ and all our LB kids danced to the beats.
After two years of covid, this Children’s Day celebration was an event to remember for our LB kids.
