It is known that children are a country’s future; therefore, to make this future even more happy and bright, a spiritual organisation in Apex Athena sponsored a kids’ carnival in Apex Athena Society on November 14. Mrs. and Mr Manoj Bhadur graced the event as chief guests.
With a focus on several life skills including kindness, concentration, growth mindset, calmness, determination, acceptance, time management, decision making and confidence, the carnival featured many entertaining games like pass the bubble, flip the cup, make the cup tower amongst many others for both children and adults.
It was taken into consideration that each of these games teaches the kids something good and gives learning with a positive message.
The children also participated in a competition called Statue Dance, which they thoroughly loved.
Additionally, professional storytellers’ narrations of stories kept kids entertained. The story narrations were done both in English and Hindi languages.
After all the fun and frolic, the final segment included a meditation session for children and adults to experience relaxation and peace. Everyone, even the youngest children, participated in this session with all their heart and soul.
The carnival concluded with children returning home with refreshments and a wealth of knowledge, learning’s and tonnes of experience.
