Like every year ,the year 2024, ‘Children’s Day ‘ , also known as ‘Bal Diwas’ was celebrated on 14th November, across the country to commemorate the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru.
On this occasion for tribute to the children , an event was held at AGV -1 meditation centre. Children participated in large numbers. Motivational speech and various fun activities were the part of this program. Educational videos were shown them, through which they can understand the moral values like, honesty, kindness, truthfulness and developing a healthy lifestyle and sanitation.
Group discussion was another important part of this celebration in which children expressed their talent through creativity and showed their thinking ability too. There was a dance session in which everyone danced with their favourite musical tunes. Celebrating children’s day involves spreading joy and affection through heartfelt messages to make children feel special.
At the end of the program every child had given gift along with a Prasad packet. Children not only enjoyed the day, but also learnt many valuable lessons for nurturing a healthy environment. We must appreciate and honour to the vo-lunteers of the ‘Paradise House’ for conducting such joyful event for children on their special day.
