The world consists of two kinds of people, one who love dogs two who don’t. As good citizens, we must respect each faction and they should respect each other, period.
Recently there was an article in a prominent hindi daily regarding a few dog keeping notifications in Haryana which may be applicable in the near future, and laws may be made.
The Article mainly had three regulations highlighted:
1. A license requirement for keeping a dog.
2. Not more than 1 dog per home allowed.
3. Dogs required to wear a mouth cover once in public Domain. ( muzzled).
Soon after this article a clarification video recorded by Maneka Gandhi herself started circulating nullifying all the so called notifications claimed by the Hindi daily.
According to her no laws are made( anyways no body claimed to have the laws made, just notifications as of now) licensing of dogs is definitely in the pipeline and may happen soon.
