Saurabh Kain (C-190) reported that while walking back from Kailash hospital his mother’s chain was snatched at around 8pm on 10 Oct in A block near aata chakki shop. There were two people on bike, as soon as they snatched the chain they rode off from the gate which is in front of Kailash hospital. We believe that there was no guard sitting on that gate who is usually there. Those bike borne chain snatchers first asked her the way to I-care hospital and during that conversation they snatched it.
