KJAL SURI a R/O B4/156 is a well known Actor, Director, Author,Writer & Poetess. She has directed many theatre plays and have participated in many theatre festivals as director and actress across the country.
Kajal has Organized many theatre festivals like – Vijay Suri National Theatre Festival in J&K; Young Director’s Theatre Festival in Delhi. Jammu Theatre Festival Kajal was also selected by Punjabi Academy Delhi among five women directors for Punjabi Women Director’s Festival.
She has received an award for her contribution in the field of Hindi theatre.
Recipient of BEST ACTRESS Award 8 times from the government of JAMMU AND KASHMIR for her acting calibre.
As an empanelled producer for Doorda-rshan she has acted as lead, Produced and Directed more than 400 TV serials, Telefilms and TV plays for Doordarshan Kashmir.
Received Rashtriya samman by Progressive Theatre Meerut UPTA for contribution in the field of theatre in Jan 2019.
Received Zohra Sehgal National Award 2020 for theatre.
Awarded for creating World Record on the Earth during Pandemaic through Theatrical Endeavours and Online Celebrity Show SHAKHSIYAT.
Received National Women Excllence Award Two Times (2017,2021,10th &14th respectively) for contribution in theatre and literature.
Felicitated in Bharat Muni Natya Utsav by Sahitya Kala Parishad 2018 Felecitated in International Theatre Festival 2019 in Amritsar.
She has Designed and hostef an online well acclaimed celebrity live chat- show ‘SHAKHSIYAT’ and a live online musical show.
