Holi, the festival of colours was celebrated countrywide on 7 and 8 March, 2023. The residents of AGV-1, also celebrated with great enthusiasm. On the eve of ‘Holi there was a celebration of ‘Holika Dahan. Residents gathered for worship and performed all the rituals religiously and greeted each other.
From the early morning children started throwing balloons from their balcony. Elderly people visited at the society mandir for seeking the blessings of almighty God. There was also a divine celebration of Holi, in front of mandir with flowers which created a mesmerizing beauty. At the amphitheatre premise a huge sprinkler was set up with DJ. Youngsters danced with musical tune, children were playing with gun spray and throwing colour here and there. An ecstatic mood was created among all. Residents exchanged greetings with each other joyfully. Everyone enjoyed thoroughly a very much awaited festival throughout the day .
