Celebrating Gurupurabh
In celebration of Guru Nanak Dev Jayanti, a captivating Shabad Gurbani Kirtan by the esteemaed ragis from Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha was organised at Silver Oaks on Sat, Nov 25. The event had nearly 150–200 residents in attendance. Many residents and small kids volunteered for Sewa activities. Kids managed the joda ghar and contributed to maintaining the cleanliness of the venue. It was heartening to see children embracing the spirit of Sewa Bhav with such eagerness.
The serene atmosphere was filled with soulful renditions of Wahe Guru’s hymns, creating a spiritually uplifting experience. Ceremonial siropas were presented to Ragis.
Residents received the divine Kada Prasad with utmost reverence. Tea and other savory treats prepared and served by the residents were a delightful addition to the gathering.
