Happy Fathers Day
We are constantly reminded to acknowledge the boundless love and support that fathers provide all our lives. The RWA celebrated Father’s Day by planting trees in our father’s / grand
father’s memories. The chief guest of the event were Prabhat Kumar IAS and former Cabinet Secretary who inaugurated the event and appreciated the efforts of RWA towards celebrating various kinds of event . To celebrate the event around, 70 plants including fruits and medicinal were planted by residents. These plants were sponsored by Monica Saxena.
He also inaugurated a free health check up camp sponsored by a renowned hospital of Noida in Community Centre .Free health check up included blood test, ECG, etc. The doctors also demonstrated CPR techniques for life saving technique.
Thereafter V P Kapoor, retired D G police (UP), inaugurated the art competition /poetry/ speech on water conservation in which 25 children participated.
Anisha Tyagi and your faithfully shared with audience techniques for water conservation and saving in our daily life.
Few kids recited poems on water conservation for everyone..
All participants were given certificates by Indu Prakash Singh, OSD Noida Authority and gifts sponsored by Sandeep Malhotra.
This program was anchored by T S Arora general secretary RWA and yours truly.
This program was attended by J P Uppal ,K K Jain, Ashok Sharma, A K Sehgal ,V K Seth of NEA and Ashok Khanna, Rahul Nayyer, Sandeep Malhotra, PP Sabharwal and residents.
TS Arora thanked Monica Saxena for gifting all plants ,the hospital doctors and their team Vaibhav Tiwary and Ajay and Sandeep Malhotra for providing gifts for the children.
The program was appreciated by all participants.
Tea and light refreshments were served along with return gift to all the participants.
