On August 15, Sector 30 RWA premises were filled with happiness and patriotism as residents came together to celebrate India’s 78th Independence Day. The event was supervised by Sanjeev Gupta, Secretary RWA Sector 30.
The day started with a flag-hoisting ceremony. The national flag was raised high, and everyone sang the national anthem together.
The celebration was made special by the talented performances of the residents. Shri V.K. Sethiya ji’s soulful voice inspired everyone with his passion for patriotic songs. Little Reva, just five years old, stole the show with her adorable dance performance, showcasing her innocence and energy. The group dance performance by Disha, Aryan, Deep, Priyanka, Sania, Tarini, Mamta, and Ishika was a visual treat, accompanied by keyboard music. Minaha’s confident portrayal of Jhansi ki Rani and poem by Aayra left the audience spellbound.
Goodies, Lunch, and E-Waste Awareness
After the performances, goodies were distributed to all participants, bringing smiles to their faces. A delicious lunch was served, bringing everyone together to share in the joy of the celebration. Some kids also talked about e-waste management and their drive towards its collection in the sector, showing their concern for the environment.
Unity and Patriotism
The celebration showcased the unity and patriotism of the residents. Everyone came together to make the event a success, showcasing their talents and spirit. The event reminded us of the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters and encouraged us to work towards a better India.
The Independence Day celebration in Sector 30 RWA premises was a memorable one, filled with talent, patriotism, and unity. It was a day to remember and cherish. Sector 30 RWA tean did a great job to organising the event.
