With Devotion @Hanuman Temple (31, C Block)
On Saturday, August 31, 2024, the Hanuman Temple Committee successfully celebrated the Chhati festival of Lord Shri Bal Krishna’s birth anniversary with immense enthusiasm and dedication. The event was a grand success, filled with devotion, music, and community spirit.
The day began with a mesmerizing Kirtan in the Temple Hall at 11:00 AM, where devotees gathered to sing and chant in unison, creating a soulful atmosphere. The energy was palpable as the crowd joined in, their voices echoing through the hall.
Following the Kirtan, a special offering and Aarti ceremony was held at 12:30 PM, where devotees paid their respects to Lord Shri Krishna. The temple was filled with the sweet scent of incense and the gentle glow of diyas, creating a serene ambience. The celebrations culminated in Bhandara, where Bhandara Prasad was served to all attendees in the temple’s back courtyard at 1:00 PM. The delicious food was a perfect culmination to the morning’s spiritual festivities, bringing the community together in a shared experience. One of the highlights of the event was the beautiful kirtan by women in the temple, which added to the overall joy and devotion of the celebration. The festival was a testament to the power of community and faith, bringing together people from all walks of life to celebrate Chhati Utsav of Lord Shri Bal Krishna.
