In spite of security overhauls, the cars are still being stolen from the secured, gated colonies, of NFC. On June 8th, a Fortuner, was stolen from outside the house no A 281. According to the CCTV footage, the incident happened around 1.20 am, the thieves drove off with the car without a glitch. They were not stopped at the gate too! Such thefts are unnerving; the residents cannot sleep peacefully in spite of their vehicles being parked, right under their nose. Definitely, the security guards need to be pulled up and their credentials rechecked. Residents cannot afford to lose their hard earned possessions so easily.
