Umeed Cancer Rahat Society is headed by a resident of S blk Gk2 Mrs Lalita Rakhyan and Chairperson Ms Shashi Dhingra, Distt President Golden Lioness Manju Sood. The Chief guest was Mr Sharad Kapoor MCD councilor from Amar colony was part of this programme.
This institution has been providing service to mankind for the last 25 years. Dr Mandeep also mentioned that a lot of people do organize such camps but what after that? This was the starting point of this organization and it never looked back having helped more than 450 patients in their treatment. Distribution of ration kits, blankets, utilities is a regular feature carried out here for years.
According to Mrs Lalita Rakhyan she and others who are part of the organization are happy to be the reason to see a smile these patients are able to carry. Food was arranged for everyone. Countless blessings were pouring in. We wish Golden lioness club to achieve their motto and help more and more people in the society.
