A Palms wide project that’s a yearly feature is Cancare.
Handknit woollens are sent to Cancer patients and those in need every winter. These are knit by the elderly residents and a few young enterprising ladies have lead it well each year, Shalini Venugopal along with Shivani Kapoor organised this thoughtful project for skilled knitters of our condominium to participate in and earn some goodwill.
This year too with the help of Dr Sonal Jain, it was sent to Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi.
