C Block recently got an air conditioner installed in the RWA office courtesy of Saurabh Bhardwaj, former MLA from the MLA LAD fund. On hearing the news, many senior citizens of the block requested the RWA Managing Committee to consider converting this room into a reading room for senior citizens of the block for a few hours a day. Pradeep Garg, secretary, RWA, responded to the suggestion positively and agreed to discuss the proposal during the upcoming RWA Managing Committee meeting. Senior citizens of the block are very excited and have offered to donate books for the reading room. This will be a great facility for senior citizens as provided by S Block RWA to its residents.
