Lately I have been very consistent with my walks and all the credit goes to the park I go to which is situated in the midst of the residential colony of SDA. This Park belongs to SDMC but I believe few residents of the colony contribute for the upkeep and maintenance.
The moment I enter it, I feel a sense of peace and calmness. I feel my mind becomes absolutely silent and the thought process slows down majorly. The clutter of the outside world comes to a still and I experience complete calmness and solitude.
Every moment feels suspended in time. Surrounded by vibrant blooms and the gentle hum of nature, my heart dances with joy. The air rich with the scent of earth and flowers in full bloom, feels wrapped around me like a warm embrace.
Whenever I walk bare feet on the soft, dew kissed grass, it brings a sense of quiet solace, as if the garden itself whispered words of comfort and belonging. It’s here amidst the quiet rustle of nature that I felt a deep unspoken connection, both to the earth beneath me and to the love that this serene place seemed to offer so freely.
In the stillness of this Garden my mind finds clarity and my heart finds rest. It isn’t just the tranquillity that filled me but a profound sense of love. I spend at least two hours of my day where I walk and I meditate. I absolutely treasure this ‘me time’ where I feel safe, grounded and deeply at peace.
