The Builders menace in the colony continues unabated. In a recent case, the Builder of an under construction house on the main road in E Block has strewn the construction material on the road such that it has blocked a significant portion of the road. Considering that this spot is located close to the busy traffic intersection of CR Park bypass, it has started causing traffic snarls at this spot. The Builder must be told to store the construction material properly instead of encroaching upon the road that is meant for public use
