Books Get a New Lease of Life

On 26 March, at the Meghdutam Park, the third session of Daryaganj welcomed several new members to the club. Apart from book lovers from F Block, we had folks participating from other sectors, near and far. 165 books were donated to Noida Public Library as compared to 110 in the previous session. Moreover, this time nearly all the books donated were school/college and professional text books. Children’s books, fiction and non-fiction, were shared and exchanged between book lovers at the venue.

As the mercury rises, the next Daryaganj will probably be organized in one of the community halls of an apartment of F Block. We are likely to organize a storytelling session and a short play by children before booklovers display their bookware.
