A book reading event was held on 9th November in Panchshila club. The author of the book, “ A Fatal Distraction”, Samyukta Bhowmick was present and Mohit Satyanand moderated the event. The turnout was small but intimate and the interactive session gave the attendees an opportunity for a dialogue between the author and the audience. The event brought together books enthusiasts. The book is an interesting mystery novel and is praised for its engaging storytelling. The author read excerpts from the book and the dialogue brought out the author’s inspiration, writing process and the themes explored in the book. Such events offer a platform for literary and intellectual exchange while fostering a sense of community among literature lovers. Looking forward to more reading events.
