On Thursday, 1 August, the AOA Horticulture Committee kickstarted a plantation drive at the pathway overlooking the swimming pool, lawn outside the clubhouse hall and along the boundary wall of the park. The Horticulture Committee led by Shrila along with a large number of residents and BOM members took part in it. Close to 100 trees, shrubs and fragrant saplings were planted and we have many more to go. All these plants were procured by Prof. Nita Verma free of cost from the Van Vibhag.This is the first step in the greening of AOH after extensive cleaning and maintenance of our garden. But we have a long way to go.
