Big trucks carrying container have became nuisance for the colony. These trucks are only allowed till the outer circle of the Gumbad or up to Jain muni ashram C block as their height is too much and causes damage to trees and power lines.From these areas the cargo is supposed to be carried in small containers and trucks to their respective locations in the colony. Recently one big container carrying house furniture of a resident in D block was first stopped from entering D block and was made to reverse and park near Jain muni ashram under supervision of the colony guards. The driver was given strict instructions by the guard not to move without informing him, as these trucks reverse and go from the market side. But in the zeal to get out of the colony he tried to exit from E1 gate breaking a big tree branch and in the process got his truck entangled in the tree and electric wires and net cable wires. The road was blocked for over an hour that too during the time when the school buses enter the colony. Thanks to the horticulture department team led by Babloo Chaudhry (area in charge) the tree was cut and road cleared. The police arrived within minutes took the driver into custody and a complaint was also registered against the truck owner. Thank fully no one was hurt nor any car parked in the vicinity.
