Bharatnatyam Arangetram ceremony of Kaveri Abrol Y-30 was held at Triveni Auditorium Triveni Kala Sangam on 11 Feb 23.
Kaveri daughter of Professor Seema Bawa and Dr Ashish Abrol has been training in classical dance form Bharatnatyam in the Guru-Shishya Parampara under Acharya Jayalakshmi Eshwar (National Award Winner ) since she was 8 years old.
A student of Sanskriti School she is the Vice President of her school Dance club Mudra and has participated and won awards in the school and inter school competitions. She has performed along with the disciples of her Guru Jayalakshmi at many prestigious events like PBD2023 at Indore. She has also learnt Jazz dance with proficiency and excellence in her school.She has also learnt Hindustani Classical Music for 5 years from her grandmother Smt Vijaya Abrol and has cleared her exams conducted by Gandharva Mahavidyalay. Kaveri has choreographed and performed in a Music Video “Parmeshwaraya Shashishekharaya Shiv Tandava “ for Art Today in 2021 which has over 1 lack viewers.She is an avid student of Yoga and received 4 th position in Delhi zonals in 2017. Kaveri is also a part of the professional Theatre group who put up their professional productions. Kaveri has won medals in swimming, participated in Trecking Rock climbing, River crossing and Social Service. Kaveri has received Gold Medal in 2019 for Social Service by Help Age India.
