Beggar Meance in the Colony

Due to no security or say poor security in the colony; there is a free passage for the Beggers who keep roaming around in the colony at all times; they keep disturbing the residents by entering their houses, in the market or on the roads and if refused may also get violent. They also steal anything lying at the entrance of the house and vanish within no time. The police patrolling is hardly there to stop them which makes our colony vulnerable to many crimes as some of them are druggies.
