Beautifully Done Up

GK-2 wears a festive look as the colony underwent a beautification drive in preparation for the G-20 summit. The roads were getting regularly swept. The parks in and around the M Block Market, which otherwise generally remain in a state of neglect, were in full bloom looking lush, vibrant, manicured and enchanting. With the festive season round the corner, various organizations will soon be using these parks for holding their functions, events and fairs. We appeal to them to cause minimum damage to the parks and restore them to their original condition at the conclusion of these events. Let us preserve the aesthetic pleasure of our surroundings at all times.
