The residents came together to celebrate Basant Panchami with devotion and enthusiasm, marking the arrival of spring and paying homage to Goddess Saraswati. The celebrations were filled with vibrant colours, devotional music, and a spirit of community bonding.
The day began with a traditional Saraswati Puja, where children and adults alike sought blessings for wisdom and learning. Many dressed in yellow—the symbolic colour of the festival—offered prayers and participated in cultural performances, including bhajans and classical music recitals.
Residents also organized kite-flying sessions, adding to the festive atmosphere as the sky lit up with colourful kites. Children were engaged in painting activities on that occasion. Rajender Agarwal (C-36), Parmod Garg (C-54), Raju Rangwala (B-127), and Rakesh Jain (C-112D) sponsored the entire event which concluded with a collective arti and distribution of prasad, leaving residents with a sense of joy and spiritual fulfillment.
