Barbed Wire Fencing Outside Homes Hurts Residents Walking by

A resident senior citizen is very disturbed with the way some very senior residents have put barbed wire fencing to encroach on the public area in front of their houses. This resident’s pant got entangled in the barbed wire when he was walking past. The barbs tore into his pant and hurt his ankle. ”I feel helpless and angry about these barriers,” he said. He perforce had to have an anti-tetanus shot. All residents must care about each other and remove these encroaching, resident-unfriendly barbed wires. The RWA has also issued a request to residents to do so. Let’s not force the RWA to take further action to solve this problem, and instead self-regulate.
