Finally, there is some good news for residents whose backlanes were dug up for months now for resurfacing but the work did not start due to some issues between the MCD and the contractor. The issue has now been resolved thanks to the intervention of our Councillor Anita Sandeep Baisoya. Resurfacing of two of the five backlanes has completed giving a major relief to the residents living nearby. There are at least 13 backlanes which have been taken up for resurfacing and the work to complete the remaining three dug ups and rest is going to start soon.
