The SNRC project was originally approved for Rs 3 crore in August 2022 for a covered area of 10, 500 sq ft. Subsequently, approval of the General Body was sought for an additional amount of Rs. 5 crore in the Annual General Meeting held on Sept 15, 2025. The General Body declined to approve the additional amount in the absence of justification for the additional amount being sought. On the intervention of the President, Deepak Mishra, it was decided to constitute a consultative committee with Anil Gupta as the Chief Consultant, to study how the SNRC project could be moved forward. The recommendations of the Consultative Committee will be placed before the Special General Body for approval.

I made specific charges today which remain on record. 1. There are no backup papers as to why the order for the civil contractor was revised to 3.15 Cr from 2.3, what is additional work, who has placed an order for increased quantity against specific clauses referring to the need to place an order within some 250 days 2. Why MC went to call on SGM, without completing the revision of MOU with SNRA.. on their contribution and also on sharing of funds in future on Operational losses. This was one of my conditions I raised in the last meeting. 3. Why was I not involved /called for over 20 meetings on this project, with Architect, with PMC, with vendors, and with franchisee? No confirmatory contributions from the franchisee were shared with me, which formed the basis of their last calculations. The last calculations were shared with me post 7th March meeting, after almost 24 hours 4. They didn’t share an iota of information on total liabilities, calculations, or payments made, since the beginning or post Sept 2024 AGM, which they falsely claim was done in the 4 pg response circulated officially in today’s SGM signed by the Secretary. & Many more. These are specific charges that I make/made and will remain unanswered. I maintain Sept 2024 AGM & March 2025 SGM are actually a vote of NO Confidence against the present committee.
