The festive season brings in a large number of celebrations each with its unique cultural significance. The current festive season was celebrated with great enthusiasm and bonhomie in B7 this year too.
Christmas: Our kids of B-7 along with other residents of the pocket celebrated Christmas with great enthusiasm. They decorated the Christmas tree, sang Christmas Carols and enjoyed sweets and goodies arranged by the RWA members. The festivities created a warm atmosphere that surpass cultural boundaries.
B-7 Senior Citizens Get Together: Amidst the festive fervor, it’s essential to acknowledge the importance of our senior citizens in the celebrations. Our RWA members had organised special gathering for seniors providing them with an opportunity to connect, recollect and share their wisdom. The attraction of the gathering were few board games over a cup of tea and snacks, thus creating an inclusive environment that celebrates the richness of experiences.
B-7 Lohri: Lohri celebrations in B-7 saw a spirit of friendship and togetherness bringing warmth on a chilly evening. The bonfire and musical evening were so comforting. Families gathered around the fire and offered their prayers. Special dinner was arranged by our patron Mr and Mrs Mehlawat which added joy to the celebrations.
These occasions give an opportunity for all ages to come together, share traditions and create lasting memories.
