Attempts for a Healthy Princeton

About 25 to 30 residents of Princeton are engaged in health benefits activities initiated by Fitness Freedom Community who are on their journey towards a healthier body and mind.

Dimple Midha ( P3B 123) is the sole coordinator from Princeton to connect the residents to the Fitness Freedom Community. The community organises Daily footsteps challenge, Live yoga and aerobic sessions, Early risers and positivity clubs, Health and wellness meet-ups, Weight Management sessions, Healthy food and nutrition coaching etc.

They share tips for healthy living, impart strategies to take control of our lives in the modern world, and lead a healthy life so that we can inspire and empower others to do the same. Every week they reward the participants through lucky draws and distribute prizes for the deserved ones who had completed the set targets. To motivate the members and to inspire others, a health checkup was organised at Princeton premises in the last week of April… The output of the activity was encouraging.

Vinod Sharma (9711361216) is the key person in Aarogya Civitas and organises the meet, events and other activities for the group members. There is no age bar for joining the Fitness Community and the members range from six to sixty.

Kudos to Dimple Midha ( P3B 123) and Vinod Sharma on behalf of the condominium for having taken the initiative to guide Princetonites to stay healthy, physically and mentally.
