Project Bajho undertaken by the Kathmandu School of Law is a research initiative to analyse climate-related laws and policies of South Asian countries. The project identifies the implementation, highlights the gaps prevalent and offers solutions to improve the efficacy of these laws and policies.
The project commenced in September 2020 and concluded in January 2021. The research conducted within the project has been recently compiled and published as a report and is available free of cost on the internet.
Our L block resident, Ashna Lamba, who has recently obtained an LL.M. degree in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, with a specialization in International Environmental Law and governance, is one of the researchers & contributors to the Project Bajho.
