Arun Jaitley Park Needs Urgent Repairs

The benches in the Arun Jaitely park are broken and unfit for senior citizens. The “chai pe Charcha” quadrangle in the park also has broken seats. Some even do meditation on those benches, some take a breather while walking. The walking track is so uneven and unfit for walkers leading to a potential fall. These hinder mobility and exercise which is so crucial for health. Mr. Sahdev of Lajpat nagar constituency is a regular visitor in the park and assured us to replace the benches and seats. Action is still awaited.
