Elections for nine members of the Board of Lotus Boulevard Apartment Owners Association, in line with the UP-Government guidelines, will be held on 18 March 2023.
The Election Committee, consisting of Aseem Bhardwaj, Asitava Roy, Manoj Thakral, Sachin Suteri, Sachin Katyal, Satpal Ghangas, Suresh Khurana, Vishal Ranjan and P.P. Singh, has directed existing AOA to submit the final list of eligible members and defaulting members latest by 1800 hours, 10 March. After verification by EC, the list of eligible voters will be uploaded on the AOA website (LBAOA.COM).
As per a circular sent to the residents, the Nomination Form and Withdrawal Form were shared by 15 February. The filing of nominations are from 15 February till 23 February while the final list of candidates will be announced on 26 February.
Completed Nomination Forms, with all required documents, are to be submitted personally by the Nominee in a sealed envelope at a drop-box located at the FM office reception.
Voting will be held on Saturday, 18 March at the Badminton Court, 3rd Floor, Club Lotier, Lotus Boulevard. The counting of votes will take place on 19 March and the results declared on the same day.
