ANRWA Conducts AGM

Pertinent points raised and answered

AGM was organized in the club by the Anand Niketan RWA on 11th Dec 22. Around 45 to 50 members participated in the meeting. President Mrs Deepti Gulati welcomed everyone and gave the complete report of the colony. Works done and even the ones pending. She enumerated all the works undertaken in the last two years. She was full of praise for her entire team. Rohit Kumar, General Secretary gave the financial details of the balance sheet that had already been sent to all the members of the Association.

Some members were wanting to have tution classes within the colony which was not accepted by the residents. There was a demand that some  parks should be entirely nominated for the colony kids to play. Residents were apprised that such parks are already existing in the colony.

In fact several activities were especially carried out to involve the kids of the colony over the last two COVID years namely 15th August, Independence Day Celebrations, Dandiya dance practice for Dandiya night, badminton courts in parks and designated play areas like in Holi park and E block park where they can play cricket. Mr Jain proposed some changes and suggestions that the RWA readily agreed to. All the queries were answered by the President.

Meeting went off well and thereafter a sumptuous lunch was served. Meeting ended by 2 pm. It was as always a very well organized event and members felt completely satisfied with the proceedings.
