Mona Bhardwaj, resident of L block is an executive member and Treasurer of the Origami Club, Origami Oritai, New Delhi. The club held its annual origami exhibition, “ LOVE & PEACE” 2023 at The Japan Foundation, New Delhi from 15th to 23rd December. Mona created and designed a six-and-a-half-foot-wide Butterfly wings Photo booth with an origami Dahlia flower bookmark for the exhibition. This was her first solo installation for the club. Besides this, she also exhibited origami-based photo frames. The photo booth was a showstopper and almost every visitor got themselves clicked in front of the butterfly wings which spread out to become Angel wings. The exhibition was supported by The Japan Foundation and was inaugurated by Koji Yoshida San (Counselor PR and cultural head), Japan Embassy & Koji Sato San, General Director, Japan Foundation.
