Anand Lok celebrated Holi this year on 8th March. Organized by ARA (Anand Lok Residents Association) in the Park No.1, the festivities drew a very large number of participants, both young and the elderly.
While the riot of colours, both of the gulals and the blooming flowers of the park, made every moment extremely vibrant, the music ( played first time ) of some of the all-time hit songs including “Hori Mein” from the latest movie Gulmohar, made quite a few residents to take to the floor – the green lawn ! Hot snacks, cool Thandai and a very delectable spread of lunch, prepared at site by chefs from Old Delhi, made the day!
