Republic day was celebrated on January 2024 in Maxblis White House.
Republic day is the biggest milestone for our country when our Constitution came in to effect which was prepared by Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar.
This year, unfurling of flag was done by respected senior citizen Virendra Kumar Garg. Many senior citizens were present on this auspicious national festival. Two senior citizen gave stage performances during the event- one recited a speech on Republic Day and another sang a Shiv bhakti song.
A cultural programme wasorganised by ladies’ group and the children performed and demonstrated their talent. A game of musical chair was organized for the younger generation and the children. 50 ladies took part in a fun games where they had to burst the balloons of other participants while saving their own.
Hot tea and hot pakodas were arranged for society residents. Bundiladoos were distributed after flag hoisting. Immediately after the glad hoisting a team of security personnel’s perfor-med parade March in the central park of society. The event was attended by the residents in large number and an environment full of patriotism and pride for our country prevailed to mark the celebration of our 75th Republic Day.
