The concept of AOA is nothing new. It has been around for quite some time now. Initially AOAs were only seen in metropolitan cities but off late even multi-storey societies located in small towns have their own AOAs. AOA or apartment owners association as the name suggests is basically a voluntary body formed to act as a mediator or facilitator between the residents, builders and government civic agencies. Two societies of the sector are in the stage of forming a new AOA management committee; Elite Homz society where recently elections were concluded and Prateek Wisteria society where elections have been announced.
The new team of Elite Homz has accepted responsibility as new AOA management committee from April 1, 2023. The new management committee consists of the following members -Pushkar Chitravanshi, Anil Rai, Binayak Singh, FCA Santosh Ramanuj, Hemant Shukla, Krishan Grover, Rajesh Shukla and Aravind Kumar. The new team is enthusiastic and aims to provide a safe, affordable, and sustainable way of life for the residents. They all look forward to working together to achieve their goals and provide the best possible service to Elite Homz residents. The combined team brings with itself a wealth of experience and expertise. Every individual possesses different skills and dedication that will certainly enable them to meet the challenges ahead and make a positive impact in the lives of the residents. In Prateek Wisteria elections for the formation of a new AOA management committee have been announced and the election schedule has been posted. The last date of filing nominations is 9 May, 2023 and the voting would be conducted on 21 May 2023. The results would be announced on the same day itself.
More than the responsibility of the management committee, it is the responsibility of the residents toward themselves. They need to support the management committee for the benefit of the society and also to keep a check on them if they err. Also where elections are due, the residents need to carefully select and vote for the candidates that have the requisite knowledge that the job demands and also those candidates who can give their time to the society and take it to new heights.
