The Aikga monthly meeting was hosted at Sheela Dubey’s residence, featuring Dr. Tomar from Pusa Institute as the guest speaker. Dr. Tomar shared valuable insights on growing winter vegetables, covering the dos and don’ts, winter plant care, and suitable vegetables for home gardens using seeds and saplings. The meeting drew a large attendance, and was followed by a delightful snack session. Members contributed to the feast, with Poonam Khosla bringing scrumptious sandwiches, Archana making flavorful masala idlis, Rachna providing crispy samosas, and hostess Sheela Dubey preparing delicious corn chaat. Ruby and Anu added sweet treats to the spread. The warm winter sun, hot tea, and snacks made for a wonderful gathering, fostering camaraderie and a shared love for gardening among the Aikga members.
