On 18 th December an. AGM was held at Adhya Jha Hostel with was to be .presided by the chairperson Mrs Niharika Rai but despise trying hard she could not attend the meeting due to her busy schedule physically. .So she joined the AGM through Zoom and other members attended physically. First in the afternoon ..CEC meeting was held from 3.30 pm to 4.00 pm where 11 new members were inducted and introduced and then from 4 to 5.30 pm the AGM took place followed by High Tea where pakoras, cutlets, chole bhature, jalebi and rabri were served.
