Abhimanyu Khanna, the co-founder of a employee engagement solutions company, is a dynamic leader whose professional journey began at the age of 18. With over 16 years of experience in team-building and MICE events, he has successfully built his organisation into a leading company in India for team-building programs. Known for his leadership philosophy centered on team welfare, Khanna’s dedication has earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious “40 Under 40” award by a prominent media organisation. Presently, he is also serving as the Joint Secretary of SRWA.
Journey in Suncity: He has been a resident of Suncity in C Block for the past eight years. When he first moved in, the township faced significant mismanagement, with no clear leadership in place. However, following the change in the SRWA Team, there was a noticeable improvement, and things began to turn around. Observing the positive changes, Khanna was inspired to join the SRWA team and contribute to the ongoing efforts.
Initially becoming an active volunteer, Khanna was soon given the opportunity to serve the community as part of the leadership team. Since then, he has taken on the responsibility of managing the entire horticulture division, overseeing various parks, alongside a dedicated team of volunteers and a group of gardeners who work diligently to maintain the green spaces.
In addition, Khanna leads the events team in Suncity, a role he embraced when there were no events being organized in the community. He believes strongly that these events foster a sense of community living, providing opportunities for residents and their families to interact and connect with like-minded individuals. His journey with organizing events began in 2020 with the Independence Day celebration, and since then, there has been no turning back.
Khanna enjoys immense support from his SRWA team, who place great trust in him. He is also backed by a highly efficient team of event volunteers, all of whom are residents of Suncity and are always ready to step up for any initiative benefiting the township.
Hobbies and Passions: Abhimanyu Khanna is passionate about playing cricket in his free time. Driven by this interest, he developed the current Tyre Park, a space designed for everyone in the community to come and play, as there were no dedicated sports parks in Suncity. Aside from cricket, Khanna also enjoys traveling.
He strongly believes in giving back to society, and when he is not traveling, he can often be found working closely with the staff on various development projects within Suncity. Khanna enjoys taking on challenges and tasks that others may deem impossible or difficult to achieve.
He views Suncity as a beautiful place to live, where there is no room for division. Khanna believes that all residents must stay united, regardless of their individual beliefs, with the shared objective being the betterment of the township. He acknowledges the significant efforts and hard work that have gone into making Suncity what it is today and encourages the continued support of the community to make it an even better place to live.
