Dining! We added a Dining Hall with an increased capacity with provision for 12 Seats, 10 seats, 8 seats and 4 to 06 seats arrangements. Also, Private Dining facility with full glass facade overlooking the fountains and front lawn for family get-togethers. It can have a maximum gathering of 16 and can be pre-booked.
Italian Restaurant! An Italian restaurant was introduced and new dining furniture for this restaurant was added.
Bars! Ground Floor Bar was relocated and made with a young classy look. It’s already being rated as the best among the Club bars in the NCR. It’s popular with both young and old, and serves all premium popular brands. The wide selection impresses both Members and their guests. The Lounge Bar was also renovated. The addition of new lighting at the Bar counter, paintings on the walls have added to the warmth of the place.
Deck Enlarged & Realigned! Decks were realigned and joined, increasing available space. Existing outdoor furniture from the Italian restaurant has been used and these are quite popular with the regular Bar users.
Lounge Renovated! The Lounge has been renovated, further improving Club facilities. Here too the existing furniture has been repurposed and refurbished.
Banquet Hall! Banquet halls have been re-tiled, and chandeliers added in Gulmohar hall, improving the Banquet hall’s aesthetics.
Toilet Facilities! Toilet facilities have been improved with new mirrors, doors, automatic napkin dispensers, etc. The cleanliness of toilets has been improved.
Toddler Rides! The old rides for toddlers were replaced with new rides and fencing has been added to ensure the skating children are not disturbed.
Activity Area! The Basement activity area has been totally renovated and it looks like an upmarket studio. Yoga, Salsa & karate activity users are a very appreciative and happy lot.
New Air-Conditioners were added well before summer began, replacing the old ones which had recurrent problems.
Gazebos and Rear Lawn Seating! The Gazebos and outside seating arrangements were added by the team and the live music every Wed, Sat & Sundays have made the Club popular with members.
Kitty Groups! For our Ladies Kitty groups, the Club has opened to them the Lounge Bar, Gulmohar hall and Oasis terrace, where they can play tambola and enjoy their meals. For smaller kitty groups, the Italian restaurant and Private Dining area is available. Furniture is provided by the Club and there is no booking charge. Kitty party groups are happy as in the past the Club has never made available so many venues for them.
Sports! On the sports front, in its two-year duration the team has renovated and repaired all sports facilities. The swimming pool underground pipelines were replaced and the pool area repaired. The basketball & tennis courts were re-laid. The Badminton courts were redone and new TT tables were provided. And keeping in view the players’ requirements, a cushioned flooring has been provided. New air-conditioners were provided.
50% Discount on Annual Subscription to Seniors Over 60! In view of its improved financials, the Club management committee decided to give a 50% discount on annual subscription to seniors over 60 while seniors over 80 do not have to pay any subscription at all! 50% Liquor discount for seniors (the discount limit has been raised from Rs 1200 to Rs 1600). It’s available every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
Food! Stringent monitoring of food quality and raw material standards have ensured that the food served is very delicious.
Entertainment! On the entertainment front, the CMC was unable to do any event in its first year as COVID restrictions and night curfews were in place. However, in the current year a number of events were held like Dandiya, New Year’s Eve, Lohri, Sufi Night, and now Member’s Night.
