A workshop was organized in Sunshine Helios on segregation of green waste, bio -degrad able, non bio- degradable, plastic waste and E–waste by an NGO. Green/ kitchen waste along with dry leaves, dry grass, wood can be used to prepare a compost. Plastic waste is a menace for environment if disposed carelessly but plastic has many uses if we recycle it. Even E –waste can be recycled and used again. Contributed by Karuna Bhalla
